I can't find the license plate, what should I do?

The license plate and/or driver's license are located on the outside of the box, in a plastic sleeve on the side. First, check all sides. Can't find it? Then send us photos of all sides of the box. We'll contact you as soon as we've reviewed the photos.

What is your delivery time?

Delivery time depends on the country of destination. Orders placed before 13:00 are placed, are shipped the same business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an track & trace email immediately personal tracking link.

You can track the status of your shipment via this link. On the tracking page you have the option to zip code to enter, which allows you to view additional information about your order, such as the delivery status and expected delivery time.

Did you not receive a track & trace? Then first check your spam or junk mail folder. If you can't find the email there, please feel free to contact our customer service via the contact form on our website.

How can I return a product?

Did your product arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered? Please contact our customer service we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible and, if applicable, arrange for a collection or a return label.

If you wish to return a product for another reason, such as a change of preference or exchanging for another model, you can do so within 30 days after receipt. In this case, you are responsible for returning the product yourself.

Return Policy:

  • The product must unused, in new condition and in the original packaging are returned
  • The product should be recycled if possible completely disassembled to be
  • If disassembly is not possible, the product must be carefully wrapped for protection

After receipt, the product will be shipped within 3–5 business days checked. Once the return is approved, the amount will be refunded. Please allow a processing time of 3–5 business days before the amount is visible on the original payment method.
